The Dobra line uses the structure of its pieces as an aesthetic element. Large rectangular and square tops are supported by lightweight structures formed by thin folded plates. The central idea is to use the fold as a structural element, as in the Japanese art of origami. It is the fold that gives structure to the delicate plates that support coffee tables made of various materials, for example. This structural language was also applied to larger pieces, such as bars and buffets, for full integration with the line's design.
